For these past few weeks we have been taking parts in Hals ( Healthy Active Learning ) the Glendowie girls are helping to promate Hals, The sessions we have been doing with them is playing game and playing multiple sports like Hockey,Netball, Volleyball, Netball Tag And playing with hulahoops.
Today Room 11 was doing Hals activities with Mrs Dimond. We played two games, the first game we played was Team Tail Tag, the game Team Tail Tag we got spilt into two teams one team was nonbibs and the other team was bibs we both also got given tags, the teams had to try rip the opposite team tags off and put it with there tags at the end of the game the teams had to get together and had to count all the the tags they got and whichever team got the most tags wins. The second game we played was bench ball, Bench ball was basically netball but instead of shooting it in the net you have to throw to your teammate thats on the bench, if they catch the ball you can join them by going on the bench but if the ball falls on the ground it doesn’t count. At first it was easy but it started to get harder cause we added two balls and in the game. I had fun playing these activities because it was my first time playing the games.
